Amman, April 2010 – Strengthening Estarta journey towards excellence, Estarta TAC has received the International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 9001Certification for the quality management system.

In 2004, Estarta launched its Technical Assistance Center (TAC) which delivers high-tier technical support to its global customer base; today, Estarta prides itself in constantly assuring a quality management system for its clients by using state of art technology and tools. The ISO certification is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with global services and certifies that Estarta TAC is applying formalized business processes.
